Updating your personal details does not replace writing a clear description of your services. Likewise, changing your Professional Profile is not a substitute for keeping your account and credential information accurate.
- Use My Profile for the account and Coach background information shown there.
- Use your Professional Profile to explain your expertise, who you help and how you work.
- Tell SmartMatch what you want to achieve in your current search, even when your general profile is already complete.
If you are changing a credential, ensure the information is consistent wherever you have stated it. Changing the text does not itself verify the new credential.
