CONEXi manually checks Coach applications using the ICF register or, for a new Coach, appropriate online professional information. This is separate from confirming your email address.
Supply your current credential level accurately and provide a direct link to the relevant ICF register entry where requested. The information should identify you clearly and agree with the name and credential details in your application.
If you are new to coaching and do not have a register entry, do not use someone else’s link or select a credential you have not earned. Explain your position so that the appropriate professional information can be reviewed.
