Open CONEXi SmartMatch in your dashboard and describe the support you want today. Be specific about your goal and any requirements that would make a result unsuitable.

1. Sign in and open your Coach dashboard.
2. Tell SmartMatch what you want to achieve.
3. Include relevant constraints such as language, delivery format or dates.
4. Answer any follow-up questions needed to narrow the search.
5. Open the recommended Professional Profiles or Events and review their details.

For example: “I’m working towards PCC and want to find a mentor who works online in English. I am available on weekday evenings in my time zone.”

Tell SmartMatch when a result misses an essential requirement. Describing what is wrong with a match gives it more useful context than simply asking for different results.
