Is an enquiry the same as a confirmed Booking?

No. An enquiry asks about a service, and a Booking request asks for an appointment. Neither should be treated as a confirmed engagement without the corresponding confirmation.

A Professional may receive an enquiry or Booking request as a lead. Purchasing access to that lead reveals the Coach’s details; it does not mean the Coach has agreed to buy a service or that the Professional has delivered it.

For an appointment, check the Booking status and any message confirming the arrangements. Clarify the scope, date, delivery format and payment arrangements before assuming everything is agreed.

If you have only received an acknowledgement that your request was submitted, wait for the next step shown in your account or communication. A payment record and a Booking status should also be checked separately if anything appears inconsistent.
