A pending Booking has not yet reached the confirmed state shown for that arrangement. Check the Booking details for the next action before assuming that the appointment is secured.
- Open the Booking in My Bookings.
- Read its current status and any instructions shown.
- Check your messages and email for a response or request for information.
- If payment is requested, check the payment position before making another attempt.
If the appointment is approaching and the position is unclear, ask the Professional about that specific Booking and include its reference.
Sending a request does not guarantee acceptance, and buying access to a lead is separate from confirming a Booking. Do not treat an acknowledgement email or a pending bank transaction as proof that all steps are complete.
