Use the CONEXi Privacy Policy to identify the appropriate contact for a question about your personal information. Explain what information or activity your question relates to.
A useful request identifies your account and states whether you want to understand the use of information, correct a detail or ask about removal. If the information appears in a Professional Profile or Event, include its address.
Routine editable account details can be corrected in My Profile. A wider question about messages, SmartMatch conversations or transaction records is different from changing a visible profile field.
Send only the information needed to explain the request. Do not include client records, passwords or full payment details. Do not assume that editing a profile removes earlier communications or records held for other purposes.
