Only rely on a recording or certificate when the Event information or Event Provider explicitly confirms that it is included. These arrangements can differ between Events.
Before booking, check whether a recording is offered, who can access it and whether any access period is stated. If you cannot attend live, ask whether watching later meets the participation requirements relevant to your purpose.
For a certificate, clarify any attendance or completion conditions and how it will be supplied. A certificate of attendance should not automatically be treated as evidence of a particular CCE entitlement.
If you have completed the Event but have not received something that was promised, contact the Event Provider with your Booking reference and the relevant Event wording. Keep the response with your participation records.
