Review the editable account information in My Profile and save any corrections there. Keep account contact details separate from the service description in a Professional Profile.
- Sign in and open My Profile.
- Find the information you need to correct.
- Update the editable fields and save.
- Check the saved details before leaving the page.
If a field is unavailable or a change cannot be saved, ask CONEXi for help with that specific detail. Do not create another account solely to change an email address or name, as your existing activity is associated with your original account.
For a name or credential change, explain whether the details in the ICF register have also changed. This helps distinguish a routine correction from information that needs a new verification check.
