- Quote only the wording needed to explain the issue.
- State whether the concern is factual accuracy, privacy or another specific matter.
- Provide relevant context without including unnecessary personal information.
Keep any supporting Booking information or correspondence available for follow-up. Do not post confidential details publicly to challenge a review.
A request for review does not guarantee that the content will be removed or changed. If the concern is an underlying service or payment dispute, explain that separately so it is not confused with the wording of the review itself.
