How do I update my Coach profile?

Open My Profile in your dashboard to update the Coach background information used by CONEXi SmartMatch. Keep it accurate, but use your current SmartMatch conversation to explain a new or temporary goal.

1. Sign in and open My Profile.
2. Review your credential, career stage and coaching specialisms.
3. Update the information about your practice, delivery preference, time zone and languages where shown.
4. Save your changes and reopen the page to check that they were retained.

Select information that describes your current position. For example, a credential you are working towards is different from one you already hold.

If a change is only relevant to one search, explain it to SmartMatch. You do not need to redefine your whole practice simply because today you want business support rather than help with a credential journey.
