Update your credential information when your ICF status changes, and make sure any supporting register link reflects the change. Editing a credential claim does not itself complete CONEXi verification of that claim.
- Check the current information in the ICF register.
- Update the credential information available in My Profile.
- If you have a Professional Profile, correct any credential claims in its description as well.
- Tell CONEXi about the change if a verification check or correction is needed.
State the credential you currently hold separately from the credential you are working towards. For example, preparing for PCC does not mean you should describe yourself as PCC before it has been awarded.
If the register has not yet updated, explain this rather than supplying an unrelated link or changing the claim without supporting context.
