Prepaid lead credit is used to purchase access to eligible leads without completing a separate payment for each one. Review the offer and the credit required for the lead before using it.
Check the credit information available in My Leads. When you choose to reveal a lead, follow the payment or credit option presented for your account.
Do not assume that a displayed credit balance equals a number of leads unless the offer explicitly says so. Read the quantity or value supplied by a credit purchase and the cost of the access you want.
Buying credit is separate from applying it to a particular lead. If your balance or access does not reflect a completed transaction, keep the transaction reference and contact CONEXi before making another purchase.
