A lead purchase pays for access to the Coach’s identity and contact details for that opportunity. It is separate from the fee for any service you later agree to provide.
Review the amount, currency and applicable terms shown before completing the purchase. If using prepaid credit, check the required credit and the terms of the credit offer.
Do not treat purchasing access as evidence that the Coach has paid you, accepted your service terms or confirmed an appointment. Establish those arrangements separately with the Coach.
If the charge shown differs from what you expected, clarify it with CONEXi before proceeding. Keep the transaction reference if you have already paid so that the specific charge can be identified without sharing full payment card details.
