Your signed-in dashboard is the starting point for managing your CONEXi account, messages and Bookings. The options available depend on whether you use CONEXi as a Coach or offer services as a Professional.
On the Coach dashboard, My Profile, My Messages and My Bookings provide access to those parts of your account. CONEXi SmartMatch is also available in the dashboard for your next search.
Professionals use their dashboard to manage Professional Profiles and incoming opportunities. Opening a lead and opening a Booking are different actions: a lead concerns an enquiry and access to the Coach’s details, while a Booking records the appointment request or arrangement.
If you cannot see activity you expect, first check that you are signed into the same account you used to create the profile, send the enquiry or make the Booking.
