Open Messages in your signed-in account to read and continue your CONEXi conversations. On the Coach dashboard, My Messages provides access to this area.
- Sign in to the account associated with the conversation.
- Open Messages and select the relevant conversation.
- Read the recent messages before replying.
- Enter your reply, send it and check that it appears in the conversation.
Use the existing conversation when discussing an ongoing arrangement so the context remains clear. Include the Booking reference if there could be confusion about which appointment or Event you mean.
A contact-form enquiry and a message conversation are not necessarily the same record. Professionals should review new leads through the lead area of their dashboard and follow the lead access process before expecting to see the Coach’s contact details.
