A Professional Profile awaiting approval has been submitted but has not completed its publication review. Approval of your account does not itself publish the services you describe.
- Check the profile status in your dashboard.
- Review your account email for any request to correct or clarify information.
- Check that the required fields and supporting credential information are complete.
- Provide the requested corrections on the existing profile.
If you need an update, give CONEXi the profile title or address and the date you submitted it. Avoid creating another copy while the first profile is under review.
Keep service claims precise, including the Coaches you support and the qualifications relevant to the work. A saved form or preview should not be treated as evidence that the profile is already available in search.
