Check the requirements shown beside the upload field and try a suitable image file. A rejected upload does not necessarily mean that the rest of your profile or Event is invalid.
- Keep a copy of your unsaved text before refreshing anything.
- Check the accepted file type and size information shown in the form.
- Try a smaller copy of the image that meets those requirements.
- Save and review the item after the upload succeeds.
Do not repeatedly upload large copies while an earlier attempt is still processing. If the image contains identifiable people, make sure you have permission to use it.
If uploading still fails, report the file type, approximate size, time and exact error to CONEXi. Do not change the image’s file extension to disguise its actual format.
